We are a small roast to order business and as such require time to get your order just right. We aim to have your orders ready to ship within 3 working days.

Shipping:

You orders should take 2-4 working days to ship once roasted.

How should I store my coffee?

To get the best flavour we reccomend grinding our coffee beans fresh for each brew. We understand that not everyone has access to a coffee grinder and do offer each of our coffees preground. Regardless, we always reccomend storing coffee in a cool dry place (Please not the fridge!).
Our coffee bags have a CO2 valve to allow the gases out without letting new oxygen in, keeping the coffee fresher for longer.

Which coffee should I choose?

Tl;dr – Any of them!

If we sell a coffee then it means we love it and hope that you will too. Choosing a coffee is like choosing a fine wine, everyone has their own preference. If you’re new to speciality coffee then we reccommend checking which flavour notes sound most appealing to you, you’ll soon learn what tickles your tastebuds.

What grind size do I need?

Different methods of brewing coffee require their own seperate grindsize. If you have access to a coffee grinder then we reccommend buying wholebean, otherwise we suggest you select the brew method most applicable to you.
