We are a small artisan coffee roastery based just off the coast of the Gower peninsula in south west Wales. Our roasting journey started with our passion for, and love of, great tasting coffee and our joy comes from sharing this passion with all of our customers.
Every bag of beans ordered has been roasted in the last two weeks to ensure the tastiest flavours are available in every cup of coffee that you drink.
As big cofficianados ourselves we understand well the difficulties faced by speciality coffee drinkers around the country in trying to achieve the perfect brew and are always keen to both advise and develop the skill of doing so.
As we are a young small batch roastery we currently only roast seasonal single origin coffees. This means that our coffees rotate on a regular basis and we have limited stock of each coffee. We hope to do our own blends once we get more established but in the meantime we want to focus on enhancing the flavours of the wonderful coffees that we roast and help our customers to discover the variety that can be found in the different origins.
